Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to help grow Bridebook’s presence within the Australian market by identifying, engaging, and onboarding wedding venues and suppliers onto our platform.
Australia is an exciting new market for Bridebook where we’ve already seen fantastic early growth, and there is still huge untapped opportunity ahead. This role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping and expanding a relatively greenfield market, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact while accelerating your own career growth along the way.
You’ll work independently and autonomously while collaborating closely with our wider Commercial team, building trusted relationships with potential partners and delivering an outstanding client experience that reflects Bridebook’s values and ambition. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated by ambitious growth targets and uncapped earning potential.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Making a high volume of daily cold and warm outreach calls to introduce venues and suppliers to Bridebook’s platform and services
Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities, tailoring conversations and proposals to meet partner needs
Building strong relationships with prospective clients through clear, confident, and engaging communication across phone and digital channels
Guiding prospects through the sales journey from initial outreach through to onboarding handover, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Delivering compelling product demos and effectively communicating Bridebook’s value proposition to potential partners
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems to ensure strong pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy
Working towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to market growth and commercial success within your territory
Collaborating closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to support campaigns, follow up on leads, and share valuable market feedback
Handling objections and negotiations confidently while maintaining a customer-first mindset and positive client experience
Supporting process improvements, local initiatives, and ad hoc projects to help drive successful market expansion and operational excellence
We’re looking for someone who has: 🧠💚
Is proactive, goal-oriented, and takes ownership of delivering results in a high-growth environment
Is a confident communicator with excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Has experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles
Is commercially minded, analytical, and attentive to detail
Is resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Can build rapport quickly and establish trust with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders
Is organised and confident managing pipelines, CRM systems, and multiple priorities simultaneously
Enjoys working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Is fluent in the language(s) relevant to their market or territory
