My role is to ensure Bridebook’s hiring is consistent, inclusive, and efficient by delivering end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer. I build diverse pipelines through targeted sourcing, lead structured screening processes, and partner closely with hiring managers to drive high-quality, unbiased hiring decisions.

I’m responsible for pipeline health, sourcing strategy, interview logistics, market insights, and using data to continuously improve process efficiency and candidate experience.
